The Welland Rivers Trust is seeking a Project Manager (entry and graduate level) to develop and manage a wide range of current and future land, habitat, wildlife and water projects in the area. You will report directly to the board of Trustees and be provided with HR and payroll support via the Game and Wildlife Conservation Trust at their demonstration farm in Loddington, Leicestershire. You will work closely with local statutory, voluntary and community organisations to deliver current projects and design, develop and manage new opportunities.
The post holder must demonstrate a keen desire to improve the total environment of the Welland catchment and involve communities and agencies in these projects. Good interpersonal and communication skills are vital in engaging all groups from schools and youth organisations from parish to local councils, from the Environment Agency to adjacent Rivers Trusts and Partnerships.
