Full Time Administrator
Role: To support the Land Manager and team with project management and administration.
The Trust has a team of qualified Farm Advisors who work closely with the farming community, build relationships and achieve positive environmental change on the ground through a combination of advice, support, interventions and grant funding. WRT are seeking an organised and efficient administrator to support the management, documentation and reporting of project outcomes working closely with the team.
The successful candidate will provide support to the Land Manager by undertaking a number of administration and reporting tasks; eg. To include the recording & logging of data, regular database updates and checks, monthly or other regular project reporting, drafting/checking/logging of contracts and agreements, organising/attending meetings with minute taking etc., through shadowing of the Land Manager initially with a view to taking on tasks over time as support. All projects require regular reporting and administration, liaison with the Land & Finance teams and meetings which require regular office-based work.
