Constructed Wetland Association’s 13th Annual Conference is ‘Constructed wetlands: Natural systems for water management’ and will be held at Slimbridge Wetland Centre in Gloucestershire, UK on 27th-28th September 2017.

This is a two-day event, with Day 1 an “introduction to Constructed Wetlands” training event, and Day 2 a series of presentations from leading academics and professionals in the field of constructed wetlands.

They are now accepting speaker proposals on the following themes:

• Natural infrastructure vs hard engineering approaches

• Multiple benefits of wetland systems

• Latest technology and developments in natural treatment systems

But will consider anything wetland-related. There is a student poster competition too…with a cash prize!

For more details, to book, or to submit an abstract go to their website stating whether it is for a poster or a presentation slot.

The Constructed Wetland Association is a not for profit organisation set up to promote the use of wetlands to improve water quality and to share best practice in this science.
